We at Arados store ship from our warehouse in Riyadh to all parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our partners Aramex, SMSA, DHL and others who deliver orders to you.
When will my order arrive?
The order processing time is between (2 to 15) working days from the time of purchase.
In the case of purchase by cash on delivery, the order will arrive after a period of 5 days after the order is confirmed with you by phone.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are 35 riyals per order, to any location in Saudi Arabia.
I made the purchase, what's next?
Thank you for placing your order. We will prepare and ship it as soon as possible. You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you. A shipping company representative (or an Arados representative if you are in Riyadh) will contact you on the mobile number we have on file to coordinate the delivery time. Please note that you must answer incoming calls to your mobile phone so that the delivery representative can coordinate the delivery time with you.
What happens if I am not present at the delivery date?
The shipping company representative will contact you several times to schedule a delivery time. Your order will then be held at the shipping company's office for a period of time. If you do not receive the product, it will be returned to our office in Riyadh. You will receive a refund for the shipment cost, minus the shipping fee and the order processing fee (20 SAR).
What if the order was sent to the customer but the product was not received by the customer?
In cases of non-connection, including:
1. The customer refused to receive the order.
2. Communication with the shipping company but no response.
3. The customer was asked to come and collect the order from the shipping company's offices, but he did not show up to collect it.
4. The customer is not present at the agreed delivery location.
5. The customer does not currently have the money to pay for “cash on delivery” orders.
After the attempt, the order will be returned to the seller and the order value will be refunded to the customer, minus the shipping cost of 30 riyals + the order preparation cost (20 riyals).
All of the above also applies to promotional offers (free shipping offer).
